I am an adult living with the PDA profile, which gives me a unique lens on what it is like to experience life as a PDAer.

I am also a certified provider of the Collaborative and Proactive Solutions model.

About the group:

It will be a small group experience with lots of personal attention. 

We will begin with a 90 minute private 1 on 1 meeting in which I will help you write the ALSUP for your child. The ALSUP is the assessment used in CPS which will help you get organized and get the ball rolling on CPS. It stands for Assessment of Lagging Skills and Unsolved Problems. (Yes, I agree, the word lagging is not great... and stay tuned on this matter). If you'd like, you can see the ALSUP for yourself here.

We will then meet as a group once a week.

There will be a total of 8 weekly meetings.

When does this group start:

The February group for Thursdays at 3 pm Eastern time. The group meetings will begin on Thursday February 15.

A new cohort will begin each month, and the exact time and date of each cohort will be individualized according to you and your group members' scheduling needs.

Price: 

Sliding scale: $75-$385. Includes a 90 minute 1 on 1 meeting, and 8 weekly group meetings.

The following guideline are a starting point to help you choose a tier, but please pick whatever tier works for you, regardless of income. My goal is to make this as accessible to you as possible.

Guideline:

Income $100,000+                      $385

Income $50,000 - $100,000     $275

Income $30,000 - $50,000       $175

Income less than $30,000        $75

Again, income guidelines are only a starting point. You may need a different tier based on other factors of your life, and that's ok! Please choose whatever fee you feel most comfortable paying.

What you'll gain from this group:

• We will create an ALSUP for your child together (this will be during our 90 minute 1:1 meeting)
• Educational content about the basics of CPS so that you feel confident in getting started
• An emphasis on: How can we do CPS when PDA seems to be getting in the way?
• Additional PDA strategies and educational content, including PDA and trauma, accommodations for the PDA brain, and what to look for in a child therapist.
• Other PDA topics as requested by group members.
• (Please note: as per Dr. Greene, my direct coaching on Plan B’s must be done in a 1 on 1 setting, so we will not be doing that in this group. You are welcome to sign up for 1 on 1 sessions to receive coaching on doing a Plan B!)
